Cooking class with HiStory / HiStory가 있는 요리교실
Every spring we offer an interesting cooking lesson to share Love of God and His word with our neighbors.
As spring is burgeoning, Disciples Christian Fellowship of Montreal will be holding our yearly “DCFM Cooking Class with History.” We invite you to warm up our frigid winter hands and hearts and learn to cook Japanese dishes with our highly experienced chef. The menu will consist of salmon avocado tartare and crispy deep fried shrimp roll. After the class, we will feast on our culinary masterpieces and on other dishes prepared by the church members. All the proceeds will go to the Sahara Mission Conference.
Due to logistic constraints, we will have to limit the maximum number of participants, so we ask that you RSVP no later than March 22.
- Cooking class : Avocado tartare, Crispy deep friend shrimp roll
- Fee : 20 $ per person for ingredients and dinner

싱그러운 봄을 맞이하여 몬트리올 제자교회에서 작년에 이어 ‘일본 요리강습’을 마련하였습니다. 오랜 경험을 가진 쉐프에게서 직접 일본 요리를 배우고 음식을 즐기면서 겨우내 차가워진 몸과 마음에 전해지는 따뜻한 봄소식을 느껴보시기 바랍니다. 요리강습 후에는 참가자들이 직접 요리한 타르타르와 롤 그리고 제자교회에서 정성들여 만든 음식과 함께 멋진 저녁식사를 하게 됩니다. 이 행사의 모든 수익금은
불어권 선교를 위한 ‘사하라 선교대회’를 지원하는데 사용됩니다.
강습의 성격상 인원제한이 있으니 참여하기 원하시는 분들은 3월 22일까지 예약해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
- 요리강습 : 연어 아보카도 타르타르, 롤(마끼) (한국어 및 영어로 진행)
